The cost of learning live
Training ends. The cost
begins.
Every extra week of ramp and every conversation handled badly is paid for in your managers’ hours and in customers who do not come back. Your teams do not need more content: they need to practise until they master the conversation before they have it.
- 01
Without practising on real customers
Voice agents that react, object and adapt like a real customer — available any time, with no colleague to book and no live account to risk.
- 02
Without waiting on a trainer’s calendar
Practice stops competing for the scarce time of managers and trainers: every person repeats as often as they need, on their own.
- 03
Without criteria that change with whoever is listening
Every conversation is scored against the same criteria, with evidence from what was actually said, so two people with the same problem get the same diagnosis.
One platform. Every conversation.
Train the moments that move your business.
From the first cold call to resolving a complex complaint.

Questions, answered
What teams ask before they start.
What is AI roleplay training?
AI roleplay training is a method where a sales or customer service professional holds a spoken practice conversation with an AI agent that plays a customer. The agent reacts in real time — asking questions, raising objections and changing tone — and the conversation is then scored against defined criteria. It replaces the scheduling problem of peer roleplays with practice that is available on demand and evaluated consistently.
How is this different from an e-learning course or an LMS?
An LMS delivers and tracks knowledge; Roleplay Gym develops and measures behaviour. A course can confirm that someone knows a discovery framework. Only practice shows whether they can run a discovery call under pressure. Most teams keep their LMS for knowledge and add Roleplay Gym as the practice and assessment layer on top.
Do the scenarios use our own products and objections?
Yes. Scenarios are configured with your context: customer profile, product or service, real contact reasons, the objections your buyers actually raise, and the evaluation criteria your organisation uses. Generic scenarios are only a starting point.
What languages are supported?
Roleplay Gym runs voice roleplays in multiple languages, which matters for teams operating across markets or for contact centres serving several countries from one site. Tell us which languages you need and we will confirm coverage during the demo.
How long does it take to get started?
A first scenario is typically live within days, not months. The demo itself is built around one conversation you want to improve, so you see the platform working on your own use case before making any commitment.
How is performance measured?
Each conversation is scored per competency — for example discovery quality, objection handling, empathy, process compliance or next-step control — with evidence taken from what was actually said. Scores roll up by person, team, site or campaign so you can compare and prioritise.
