Roleplay Gym — AI-powered training

From one conversation to an improvement plan.

Roleplay Gym is a practice loop, not a course. Four steps, repeated as often as the team needs.

Customer angry about a delay

“I understand what you're telling me, but I've been waiting three days. What solution can you give me?”

8.4 /10 performance

Real-time feedback

Good empathy. Now be specific about the next step and confirm the deadline.

01

Define the scenario

You set the situation, the customer profile, the objective and the evaluation criteria. A scenario can be a cold call to a sceptical operations director, a billing complaint from a customer on their third contact, or a renewal with an account that has gone quiet.

  • Customer persona: role, sector, priorities, temperament
  • Context: product, policy, systems and constraints in play
  • Objective: what a good outcome looks like for this conversation
  • Rubric: the competencies this scenario is meant to measure

02

Practise by voice

The professional speaks with an AI agent that responds in real time. It asks questions, raises objections, goes quiet, gets impatient — and adapts to what the person actually says rather than following a script.

  • Spoken conversation, not multiple choice
  • Available on demand, no scheduling and no observer needed
  • Repeatable: the same scenario can be run until it is fluent
  • Safe: mistakes cost nothing and are the point

2

03

Analyse performance

The conversation is scored per competency, with evidence quoted from what was said. Feedback is specific and arrives immediately, while the attempt is still fresh.

  • Score per competency, not one blunt overall mark
  • Evidence linked to the moment it happened
  • The same criteria applied to every person, every time
  • Results roll up by team, site, campaign or cohort

3

04

Activate improvement

Each result generates the next action: a focused practice path on the weakest competency, a coaching prompt for the manager, or a certification attempt when the person is ready.

  • Targeted practice paths built from the gaps found
  • Coaching prompts that tell a manager where to spend their time
  • Certification with an auditable record
  • Aggregate signals on process and enablement problems

Questions, answered

What teams ask before they start.

Does the person type or speak?

They speak. The whole point is to train the conversation as it actually happens — pace, hesitation, interruption and recovery included. Typing a good answer is a different skill from saying it under pressure.

How long is a typical roleplay?

Most run between three and ten minutes. Short and frequent beats long and rare: a five-minute drill on one objection before a real call is the highest-value use of the platform.

What happens to the recordings and transcripts?

Practice conversations are processed to generate the evaluation and are handled under a data processing agreement. Retention, access and residency are configured with you during onboarding.

Does it integrate with our existing systems?

Roleplay Gym is designed to sit alongside your LMS, CRM and quality tooling rather than replace them. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the integration path on the call.

Start with one conversation

Which conversation do you want to improve first?

We design a first scenario with you and show you the potential using your own use case.

No commitment. A first scenario tailored to your team.
