Customer service training that survives contact with real customers.
Agents learn the process in induction and meet the exception on day one. Roleplay Gym lets them rehearse the difficult calls — the angry, the confused, the ones about to cancel — before those calls are real.

Scenario · Customer service
03:42
Customer angry about a delay
“I understand what you're telling me, but I've been waiting three days. What solution can you give me?”
8.4 /10 performance
Real-time feedback
Good empathy. Now be specific about the next step and confirm the deadline.
Why service training struggles to stick
- 01
High attrition resets the curve
In contact centres, turnover means induction runs constantly. Anything that depends on scarce trainer time cannot keep up.
- 02
Quality monitoring arrives too late
Reviewing recorded calls tells you what went wrong after the customer already experienced it, on a sample of a few calls per agent per month.
- 03
Consistency breaks across sites
The same brand promise is delivered differently by each team, site or outsourced partner, and there is no common yardstick.
Customer service
What agents train here
-
Complaint handling
Acknowledging, taking ownership and resolving without over-promising or hiding behind policy.
-
Angry and escalated customers
De-escalating a customer who has already been let down once, and holding the line calmly.
-
Retention and save conversations
Understanding the real reason behind a cancellation before offering anything.
-
Process and compliance
Identity checks, mandatory disclosures and correct wrap-up, practised until they are automatic.
-
Empathy under time pressure
Sounding human while still working to handle time, which is where most scripts break down.
-
Multi-channel consistency
Delivering the same standard whether the customer arrives by phone, chat or email.
What service leaders get out of it
- New agents certified on difficult calls before taking live queue
- A common standard across internal teams and outsourced partners
- Early signals on process gaps that generate repeat contacts
- Practice capacity that scales with attrition instead of collapsing under it
Questions, answered
What teams ask before they start.
Can we train the specific contact reasons in our queue?
Yes. Scenarios are built from your real contact drivers — billing disputes, delivery failures, service outages, cancellations — with the systems, policies and constraints your agents actually work within.
How do you evaluate something as soft as empathy?
By breaking it into observable behaviours: acknowledging the impact before explaining the cause, using the customer's own words, checking understanding, avoiding defensive language. Each behaviour is scored with evidence from the transcript, so feedback is specific rather than a vague "be warmer".
Does this work for outsourced contact centres?
It is one of the strongest use cases. A brand can define the standard once and apply the same scenarios and scoring across every partner and site, then compare results on equal terms.
